Here you find slideshows with artwork of friends of mine, and myself. My own ones were realized in the years 1990-1992, a time of retreat, when I was doing a psychotherapy and found a spiritual approach to life, the others are from artists in Bali and in Vietnam. As usual, all those productions come with some of my own music in the background. You are going to see on this page:

Alit’s Abstract Art
Alit is an artist from Java who graduated in art at the prestiguous Bandung College of Art and who lives and works in Bali. He is not famed, but almost unknown but I found his art really extraordinary, something I have never come across in my entire art life, and he masters different styles perfectly. I could make out an abstract style, a figurative style and a surrealist style in his art. This slideshow shows a few samples of his abstract style.
Jei’s Drawings and Collage Work
Jei is an eight-year old boy from Vietnam whose early drawings and collage work seemend extraordinary enough to me to scan it and present it in these slideshows. I included some collage work of two of his close friends.
Mantra’s Aquarelles and Paintings
Mantra, who real name is Nyoman Putra Ardhana, comes from a noble family from Bali but lives in Lombok, Indonesia. His father was a nationwide-known painter who had President Soeharto as one of his main collectors. The family had generally close links with the Soeharto family, and they are perhaps one of the most important art families in Indonesia. I am one of the main collectors of Mantra’s paintings and the aquarelles, he donated them to me for no charge, including the rights to publish them under his name.
Pierre’s Inner Child Artwork
All my art work is covering five years of psychotherapy and spiritual retreat, in the 1990s. My art can grossly be divided in three overall styles, abstract, figurative and modern art. I have not done any more artwork after that time, focusing on publishing my many books and engaging in art photography and filmmaking, next to my activities as a writer and self-publisher.
